We Digitize has entered into an agreement with Grodt Capital ApS to acquire 100% of the assets in Visibility.Group ApS, one of the largest SEO agencies in Denmark, specializing in advertorials and link-building.
The acquisition takes place after years of coexisting in a rapidly growing market – as competitors. Both companies were well aware that volume is crucial to be able to accelerate a business to it’s full potential, so when they saw the opportunity, they didn’t hesitate to reach an agreement.
The acquisition also includes the 100 % owned subsidiary, Scriptomist ApS, with a team of competent copywriters, who create texts that engage readers worldwide. Scriptomist also provides professional translations of texts into a number of languages.
The acquisition is completed just four months after Game Lounge acquired the majority of We Digitize ApS.

At the same time, it ensures the many publishers we work with the certainty of always getting optimal exposure.” – says Martin Leo Mansikkamäki Jørgensen, founder and Group CEO of We Digitize ApS.
“The recent years have shown that the market is in a very positive trend, and with the momentum we have gained together, it will be a fantastic journey to be part of” says CEO of Visibility.group, Thomas Nørlund Feltendahl Kvist.
